Bodysurfing is as pure as you can get as a sport. You don’t need anything to be able to do it, just good technique! Once mastered we can then look at adding a pair of swim fins and hand planes to increase speed and control. By learning to bodysurf you’ll come to understand waves on a whole new level. If you get a bit worried about being in the water, this session we will aim to get your confidence back and start by learning how to deal with being calm and collected when the waves roll in. You’ll be a fish in no time!
